Atlanta continues to grow in leaps and bounds and so does the number of New Construction Townhome Communities in all price ranges. As a specialist in the Townhome market, I am among the first to know about New Townhome Communities, and will make you aware of all New Communities that fit your needs and desires.

It is always in Your Best Interests to use your own Realtor when purchasing a newly constructed home. Remember, the agent on site works for the builder! And the interests of the Builder are their first concern! A Realtor working specifically for you, and looking out for your interests is known as a “Buyer’s Agent”. A Buyer’s agent works for you, and not the Builder! A Buyer’s agent looks out for your interests first!

As your buyer’s agent, a fee for my assistance and advice is paid by the builder at closing. The fee for you to have your own Realtor, looking out for your best interests, has already been set aside by the Builder. If you do not choose to have your own Realtor, you may lose out on vital information and advice essential to a sound purchase.

Don’t expect a price discount for not using a Realtor. Future appraisals, and subsequent financing/sales are based on sale prices in a Community. It’s imperative to a builder that sales prices remain constant or increase since most Buyers need financing to purchase. And besides, do you really want to purchase a home in a community whose sales prices are going down?? Using a buyer’s agent is always in your favor!
